These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the North America Ethiopian Influencer Awards platform ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, voting, nominating, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable additional terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Voting & Nominations
Voting Rules
- One vote per user per category
- Votes require payment via our payment processor
- Multiple accounts per person are prohibited
- Vote tampering will result in disqualification
Nomination Process
- Open nominations during specified periods
- Admin review required for all nominees
- Verification of social media authenticity
- Final approval by selection committee
4. Platform Usage, IP, Conduct, Payments, Termination
Usage: You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes. No automated voting, scraping, or spam.
IP: All Platform content is our property. You get a limited license for personal use only.
Conduct: No harassment, fraud, or impersonation. We reserve right to ban violators.
Payments: All payments final. No refunds except as required by law.
Termination: We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations without notice.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
NO WARRANTY: Platform provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for:
- • Vote manipulation
- • Payment issues
- • Nominee verification
- • Event changes
Liability limited to amount paid in past 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms governed by laws of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
